Dangerously Delicious: The BA-K-47

The BA-K-47 is a full size replica of an AK-47 made out of bacon (and wire)

Who would take all that time and waste all that bacon making this. Some people have way too much time.. and very little brain IMO

Are all of you naysayers against making sculptures out of wood because that wood could have been used by Jimmy Carter to make houses for Habitat for Humanity?

Are you against art because even though an artist may not make his art out of food, he must be fed with food while he makes it -- thereby taking food out of the mouths of the "needy"?

That guy made a great sculpture which is aesthetically pleasing, technically impressive, and culturally relevant.

Three cheers for the B-AK-47 :applause_:applause_:applause_
